Lourdes Carrera has joined Telemundo Austin as a news producer for the station’s weekdays 5 and 10 pm news.
She was most recently news producer for KWEX-41, Univision in San Antonio. Before moving to Texas, she worked for WPTV-NBC in West Palm Beach and Univision in Tampa and Orlando as a producer, reporter, technical director and editor. Her first job was at WSVN-7 in Miami as a news editor.
