Rumors are swirling on whether or not Comcast is buying NBC Universal. After no comments and denials throughout today, the Wall Street Journal is reporting the two companies are in talks, “according to people familiar with the deal.”
If the WSJ‘s sources are correct, after the deal Comcast would be majority owner, with 51% of the company. GE would keep 49%. Negotiations seem to be in the early stages, with both sides disagreeing on valuations.
