The study points out Latinos make up the ethnic group with the largest gains in internet usage.
It also shows the biggest increases were done by groups that previously had low rates of internet use, such as foreign-born Latinos, Latinos with less than a high school education and Latinos with less than $30,000 in household income.
Among the findings: 81% of Latinos who are online have internet access at home and of those, 76% have a broadband connection.
