Radio Bilingüe, which recently teamed up with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) to fund the L.A. Public Media Project, has chosen Paragon Media Strategies to conduct its research. Paragon will be in charge of identifying the audience and testing the multimedia content.
Project leadership expects to hire the rest of the senior content production team to develop pilot programming in the coming weeks. They also plan to start the marketing, branding and fundraising efforts for an online launch of the service in 2010.
