Looks like business is improving overall for television networks. But if the sales experts at Univision and Telemundo are right, they’ll be raking in some serious cash. Univision and Telefutura expect to bring in about $1.1 billion in ad revenues in the 2010-11 season, while NBC-owned Telemundo is expected to get about $400 million.
Univision Sr VP of Sales Mike Rodriguez told the The Wrap the Hispanic TV market is “the hottest it’s been in more than five years.”
