With the latest affiliate agreement, Estrella TV is now in 10 California markets.
Liberman Broadcasting has signed the deal with Cocola Broadcasting in Monterey/Salinas to start airing Estrella TV on KMBY-TV Channel 19.2 effective immediately.
The network now has a presence in 37 markets nationwide.
