Ortega to edit MTA blog

Jazmín Ortega returns to her writing roots. She has been hired to edit the Spanish-language blog El Pasajero, produced by the L.A. Metropolitan Transit Authority. The daily blog is part of an interactive website addressing key issues affecting the Latino community. It launches tomorrow, Friday.

Until recently, Jasmín worked as Communications Director for the Mayor’s Office of the Census 2010 in Los Angeles. She previously worked as a reporter at La Opinión and La Prensa in Riverside.
