“Rostros de la Crisis” (Face of the Crisis) is the name of a Spanish-language TV special produced by AARP Viva that airs tonight on Telemundo. The half-hour show, which airs at 11:35 pm ET/10:35 CT, is hosted by Mayte Prida.
“Rostros” addresses how Hispanics in the U.S. have been hit harder than other groups by current economic conditions. Among the topics to be covered: unemployment, home foreclosures and scams, highlighting stories of real people that have been affected by the economic crisis. The program will also provide practical information and tools for people to weather these stormy conditions.
Since his departure from the network last year, Esteban tells me he has kept very busy. He is currently a news and media consultant for AARP and News 12 Long Island. He also writes a weekly column for AOL Latino.
