Univision scored big with Monday night’s finale of its hit novela “Abismo de Pasión,” with 7.7 million viewers who tuned in to all or part of the two-hour broadcast. That positioned Univision as the No. 2 broadcast network, outperforming ABC, CBS, FOX and the CW, among Adults 18-34 during the two-hour episode and for the entire night. The novela finale also made Univision # 3 among Adults 18-49, beating ABC, FOX and the CW, during the 8 to 10 pm ET time slot.
The novela finale was the fourth most-watched program on all of broadcast television on Monday night, according to Nielsen data provided by Univision.
On local Univision stations, “Abismo de Pasión” made Univision the No. 1 broadcast station in the time period among:
- Total Viewers 2+ in Miami, Houston and Phoenix
- Adults 18-49 in Los Angeles, Miami, Houston and Phoenix
- Adults 18-34 in Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, San Francisco and Phoenix
The Televisa-produced soap starred Angelique Boyer, David Zepeda and Mark Tacher.
