
Almost 1.7 million people watched last night’s premiere of Telemundo’s reality show “La Voz Kids.”
The singing competition gave Telemundo a #1 ranking in Miami, regardless of language and #3 in New York, outperforming Univision, Fox and CW.
Sunday night’s two-hour premiere averaged 1,695,000 total viewers, giving Telemundo a 74% increase vs. season-to-date in the 7 to 9 pm ET time period, and 873,000 adults 18-49, a 60% gain vs. season-to-date in the time period, according to Nielsen.

The show, hosted by Daisy Fuentes and Jorge Bernal, features celebrity music coaches Paulina Rubio, Prince Royce and Roberto Tapia.
During its debut, “La Voz Kids” reached a cumulative audience of 3,560,000 total viewers and 1,835,000 adults 18-49.

In the social media front, the debut of “La Voz Kids” ranked as the #1 Hispanic TV broadcaster show on the Trendrr SocialTV chart with over 42,673 social interactions, more than tripling Univision’s social media performance (13,394) with “Nuestra Belleza Latina.”
The competition features 7 to 14 year-old kids from across the country competing through blind auditions, followed by battle rounds and live shows.
The winner of “La Voz Kids” will receive a recording contract and a cash prize to support his/her education.
