In this newly-created role, López will be responsible for capitalizing on business opportunities, partnerships and market trends in Spanish-language media as a means to secure content and revenue growth that builds and enhances the brand.
Prior to joining Telemundo Media, he spent more than 18 years working at various investment banks negotiating mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic ventures in the media and entertainment in the U.S., Spain, Latin America and Mexico.
He was most recently Head of Consumer and Industrials America and member of the executive business committee for BBVA.
