Caballero has held various positions within the NBCUniversal family since 2002. He was most recently VP, Human Resources for Universal Studios Hollywood.
He was previously VP, Human Resources for KNBC-4, NBC’s O&O in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he was the Director, Human Resources for various Telemundo stations, including KTMD/KVDA in Houston, Texas; WNJU in Fort Lee, New Jersey and KVEA/KWHY, as well as mun2 cable operations in Los Angeles, CA.
