Previously based in Miami, he moves to New York and will report to Jacqueline Hernández, Chief Marketing Officer.
In this newly created role, Díaz will be responsible for the development of data analysis and creating long term strategies for growing Hispanic audiences across the NBCUniversal portfolio of brands and business divisions including Entertainment, News, Sports, Digital, Theme Parks and Universal Pictures.
NBCU made the announcement today. His first day on the job was March 23.
Before joining Univision/Fusion in September of 2013, he spent 5 years as Director of Client Engagement at Nielsen, supporting the company’s internal Latino measurement initiatives.
