Trivino hired as reporter for WVIT

Catalina Trivino has started a new job as a general assignment reporter for WVIT the NBC-owned station in Hartford.

She joins the station from CBS affiliate WAKA and ABC affiliate WNCF in Montgomery, Ala., where she was news reporter for the past 3 years for the noon, 5, 5:30, 6 and 9 pm newscasts.

Her first day at WVIT was April 13.
