Univision has expanded Isaac Lee’s responsibilities to include oversight of the company’s Multicultural and Music division, naming him to the newly created position of Chief News and Digital Officer.
He continues to head the News and Digital divisions and remains as CEO of FUSION.
In his new role, he’ll oversee all digital functions to develop an integrated digital strategy and will manage key areas of the company’s growth strategy, including Univision’s Multicultural strategy, which includes FUSION, El Rey, Flama and The Root.
He’ll also develop an integrated music strategy that will include Univision’s music tentpole events and alignment with the company’s radio programming team.
Univision expanded Lee’s role in February of this year to include the company’s digital efforts.
Lee joined Univision as President of News in December of 2010 and was named CEO of Fusion in October of 2013.
