In this newly created position, Ponce oversees, develops and executes on-air talent strategy. He also works with the sales teams to identify and coordinate on-air talent for partnership opportunities.
Based in Miami, he reports to Claudia Foghini, EVP, Talent and Production Management Services at Telemundo Networks and Studios.
Ponce was previously CEO and President of In2ition Entertainment, a talent management and public relations company specializing in Latin and cross-over talent working with agencies such as William Morris Endeavor Entertainment (WME), Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and United Talent Agency (UTA).
He started his career at Pop Media Group (PMG), managing talent worldwide, and later oversaw the production department when PMG joined forces with Estefan Enterprises.
