Starting today, he joins the Houston Independent School District as Senior Multimedia Manager, Spanish Division. He’ll be overseeing online and television news content in Spanish.
“I love a challenge. Whenever there are drastic changes in my life, opportunities such as this come along,” González tells Media Moves. “I am ready for what is coming.”
González was sports anchor at Univision Houston from 2010 until April of this year. He previously spent five years as Sports Director/anchor at Univision Sacramento.
His past experience includes positions as sports anchor at Univisión 26 in and Sports Director/anchor at Televisa in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
