Entravision changes radio format at 13 stations

Entravision has rolled out “La Suavecita” Regional Mexican format nationally across 11 new markets and 13 new stations.

The company first launched “La Suavecita” on its L.A. station KSSE 107.1 FM in December of 2016, flipping it from its Rock en Español format and Super Estrella brand.

The rollout includes a new programming lineup, featuring its syndicated shows helmed by “El Genio” Lucas, Piolín and Armida y La Flaka.

The flipped stations are in California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and Texas.

In Los Angeles, the company also switched KLYY 97.5 and 103.1 FM to “La Tricolor” Regional Mexican/current hits format.
