Actress Aylín Mujica, who had been a guest host on Estrella TV’s morning show “Buenos Días Familia,” is making her role permanent.
She is now part of the Los Angeles-based hosting team, joining Colombian actress Luz Estrada, Venezuelan actor Yul Burkle, Mexican host María Elena Anaya and entertainment news personality Said García.
The company would not reveal the length of Mujica’s contract.
The show, which debuted in January 2017 with hosts José Luis González and Claudia González, was revamped in March. Estrella TV changed the hosts and showrunner, upgraded the set, and extended the program’s duration to two hours.
“The show has been doing great,” says Estrella TV spokesperson Marco González. “The show’s cultural diversity has been working well, especially in markets outside of LA, such as Miami, Dallas, and Houston.”
Rubén Consuegra is the Executive Producer of “Buenos Días Familia.”
