Carlos Sánchez is leaving the anchor desk at KTLM Telemundo 40 Rio Grande Valley to return to KTDO Telemundo El Paso.
His last day at Telemundo 40 is Friday, December 7. He debuts as anchor at the El Paso station on Monday, December 17.
Sánchez replaces anchor Claudio Herrera, who exited the station in October. Since then, Karla Mariscal and Ivette Sánchez have solo anchored the newscasts.
Once on board, Sánchez will anchor “Noticiero Telemundo 48” alongside Karla Mariscal at 4:30 and Ivette Sánchez at 5 and 10.
Sánchez previously worked as a reporter for KTDO from 2014 to 2016, when he moved to KTLM.
