Geraldine Cols Azócar has landed her first job in television management. She is now assistant news director at Univision 41 in New York, reporting to ND Esteban Creste.
Cols Azócar was previously digital video producer for NBC News, where she spent the last two years producing short documentaries and enterprise projects for several of the network’s platforms. She also worked as a producer at MSNBC from 2015 to 2017.
Prior to joining MSNBC, she was a writer for CBS News. Her past experience also includes positions as producer at News 12 Networks, where she helped launch News 12 En Español, also in New York City.
