Natalie Morales is leaving “Access Hollywood” and “Access Live” after three years as co-host of the daily entertainment news programs.
The former “Today” show news anchor left New York to join the “Access” team in Los Angeles in 2016.
She shared the news of her departure with colleagues in an email on Friday.
Morales is expected to continue working for NBC as “Today” West Coast anchor and “Dateline” correspondent.
There is no official word on whether she’ll be replaced. However, some outlets are reporting rumors that “Extra” host Mario Lopez might be brought on board “Access.”
