Alba Eduardo-Castillo has been promoted to assignment manager at WXTV Univision 41.
She was most recently chief assignment editor.
In her new role, she oversees the daytime assignment desk Monday-Friday.
Prior to joining Univision 41 in 2012, she worked as assignment editor at Fox 5 News, My 9 News and spent seven years at WNJU Telemundo 47 in New York.
Eduardo-Castillo began her career as an on air reporter for Queens public access channel RCN Cal 66, where she produced and anchored her own segment.
