Carlos Catire has started a new job as producer for NBC News and MSNBC.
He’ll be covering the Southeast region, based at the network’s Miami Bureau.
Catire was previously a news producer at WXTV Univision 41 in New York.
Before that, he was bureau chief for Telemundo network’s entertainment and gossip show “Suelta la Sopa.” He also spent 5 years a content producer for WNJU 47’s 11 pm newscast.
The new job marks a return to Miami for Catire, who worked for several media outlets, including WSCV 51, where he was executive producer of Telemundo Miami’s morning show from 2005 to 2011.
