Liliana Salgado has joined Reuters as a video journalist, based in Phoenix.
Her hire is part of the global news agency’s U.S. expansion, which opened new remote-work positions in Phoenix, Miami, Houston and Seattle.
Salgado will be producing video stories and breaking news live coverage, working closely with Reuter’s LA, NY, and DC teams.
She previously worked as a video journalist at Univision Arizona, where she spent almost six years.
Salgado landed her first job out of college in 2015 as a Reno-based MMJ for Entravision-owned Univision Nevada.
