KULX Telemundo Utah has promoted Pedro Andrade to assistant news director.
In his new role, he’ll be responsible for overseeing the station’s multi-platform news operations.
He’ll be reporting to José Suárez, President and GM for KULX.
Andrade joined Telemundo Utah as a producer in 2020.
He previously spent 5 years as a news producer at KSTS Telemundo 48 in the San Jose Bay Area.
Andrade launched his career in broadcasting as the host of a local radio station in Caracas, Venezuela.
