David Noriega has joined NBC News as a Los Angeles-based national correspondent.
He’ll be reporting across all NBC News and MSNBC platforms.
Noriega arrives from VICE News where he covered criminal justice, organized extremism, mass shootings, and the fentanyl crisis in the United States.
While at VICE News, he also hosted and co-directed the award-winning digital series “Border to Border” which explored international borderlands on three continents through the lenses of culture, politics, and history.
Noriega previously worked as a national reporter for BuzzFeed News and did a brief stint as a reporter for El Nuevo Herald and The Miami Herald after college.
