Lourdes Díaz, chief creative officer at AGC Studios since 2022, has been elevated to partner.
As part of a new multiyear employment deal, she’ll also have a seat on the board.
Prior to joining the company in 2018 as president of television, leading AGC’s production division, Díaz was president of entertainment for Univision Communications. During her two years at the Spanish-language media giant, she helped diversify its entertainment content, working closely with Televisa, Netflix, Globo, and Endemol.
From 2012 to 2014, she was head of global production and development at Viacom International, overseeing scripted and unscripted program development across all Comedy Central International channels.
Díaz previously worked for NBC and Universal Media Studios as VP of prime-time programming, and also served as an executive producer for multiple NBC comedies and dramas.
