Díaz de la Fuente joined TelevisaUnivision in his current position in October 2023.
Collins had been at the station since July 2021, taking over the position left vacant by Esteban Creste months earlier.

Le llegó su tiempo a esta tipa! She rolled heads like they were dots on a spreadsheet all to save her Entravision bosses millions of dollars, regionalizing horrible newscasts and overworking employees, not caring one bit about the income and livelihood of dozens of families and young professionals that she fired just because. ahora le dieron de su propio veneno. The one who arrives surpasses the previous one in the terrible management of Univision NY,
The previous one created his harem of women and the one who “performed the most” gave them a promotion and Collins one who was humiliating and humiliating the few good ones that were left to give a place to a series of teenagers who don’t get paid and make double the amount.
bye Luisa , next

Justice has finally arrived for the dozens of employees who had to flee from Univision 41 New York.. by far the worst news director in the entire United States, wasn’t the disaster she left in her previous job enough? The station lost excellent professionals who preferred to be out of work rather that have to deal with her… Why executives continue hiring toxic people? Why did they have to wait 3 years if in just three months she already had a disaster? It’s time to go back to profesionales y dejar el circo a un lado.. It is time to give a chance to the employees who have always been loyal to the station and who know their job..

From Entravision to Univision every team she leads ends up falling apart. She’s a disaster as a manager; I have no idea how she got those positions.

Unfair and unethical behavior has been attributed to Luisa Collins. It is evident that during her time at Entravision, she discriminated against non-Colombians, particularly Caribbean-born journalists. She is also accused of incompetence and of protecting those in her inner circle. It is surprising to many that she remained at Univision NY for over 3 years despite allegations of mistreatment of professionals, leading to dismissals and resignations due to the toxic work environment she purportedly fostered. It seems that justice has prevailed, and hopefully, she will not find her way to NBC/Telemundo.! ¡¡Sacude zapato viejo!

Coz Chris P protected her to the teeth.
Once he got the boot, it was just a matter of time for her to follow trend.
From Day 1, Yanez disliked her with a passion, along with the whole team.
Not even Colombians here got along with her.
Her departure was long overdue.
