Longtime Telemundo sales account exec Elianette Leon-Kelly has joined NGL Collective as director of sales.
Leon-Kelly had been consulting for the company for three months and was officially made part of the full-time team in January.
She previously spent 26 years in various sales roles within Telemundo from local to national sales.
Most recently, she managed accounts across entertainment and sports programming on Telemundo and Universo networks during upfront and scatter selling periods. She also led sales and marketing teams to work directly with brands for creation of first-to-market initiatives, multi-network and cross-platform promotions, custom content and in-show integrations.
She got her start in the business at Siboney advertising.
Leon-Kelly will be based in New York and report to CRO Joe Bernard.
