KTLM Telemundo 40 Rio Grande Valley has hired Gabriela Gutiérrez as a weekend weather anchor.
She’ll join anchor Antonio Rodríguez and aports anchor Héctor Severeyn on Noticias Telemundo 40 Fin de Semana Saturday and Sunday at 5 and 10 pm. She’ll also be reporting on weekdays.
Her on-air debut is May 24.
This marks her return to television news after a break of over 10 years.
She previously worked as a weather anchor and health reporter for the Entravision-owned McAllen Univision affiliate KNVO Noticias 48 from 2005 to 2010.
